Refund and Returns Policy

Here at Fitru Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our product and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer an industry best 90 day refund on our products.

How it works
Please include a copy of your receipt, along with a note within the package letting us know you would like a refund.  Customer is responsible for shipping return fee. Customer may not return the same item(s) for a refund more than once.

Who it applies to
Our 90 day money back guarantee is valid to only U.S. customers who purchased product from fitrufitness.com. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates or stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. No refund will be given without receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
Fitru Fitness does not accept exchanges of any kind for any product.

Package your item (ideally in its original packaging), and send it to the address below via your carrier of choice
