DIRECTIONS
How to Wash
Thigh wraps should be hand washed only. Before initial use you should wipe down the wraps with a damp cloth and use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry them over night.
After using the thigh wraps you can lather a damp cloth with mild soap and wipe down the inside of the wrap. Rinse the cloth and wipe down until there are no soapy streaks left. Dry with a clean cloth or air-dry overnight.
How to Wear
Each thigh trimmer set comes with a left and right piece, look at the inside label to see which is which. Simply stretch the wrap around your thigh and secure the Velcro strap. They can be worn over or under clothing.
WARNINGS
A small percentage of people are allergic to neoprene, if you develop a rash discontinue use immediately. Fitru thigh trimmers are designed to be worn during exercise and shouldn’t be worn for over 2-3 hours at a time. Do not wear over any open wounds. Do not wear while sleeping. New neoprene has a scent similar to “wetsuit smell”. Don’t worry, this smell will dissipate over a short time by washing and regular exposure to air.
